Book me for a Qi Gong session – learn the ‘8 Brocades’ (Ba duan jin). A series of 8 exercises that are done standing or sitting. They are used to build and move ‘Qi’, our life force according to Chinese philosophy. The exercises help us develop balance, coordination, strength, range of movement while leaving us feeling relaxed and calm and rejuvenated. They are commonly used for the rehabilitation of injuries. They can be done daily or whenever we feel like it, and are suitable for all ages and abilities.
